BIO
LINDSAY RIDES FOR CANADA
Lindsay grew up in central Alberta, Canada, sitting on horses before she could walk! She was a member of PONY CLUB until 13, then decided to focus on dressage, entering recognized dressage shows on her Tennessee Walker-cross pony, Rusty, and showing at FEI Pony level.
Lindsay and her Dutch Warmblood horse, Oslo, represented Canada at the 2007 North American Junior / Young Riders Championships in Lexington, VA, winning the gold medal with her team. She represented Canada again in 2009 and ended the year as CANADIAN YOUNG RIDER AND FREESTYLE CHAMPION.

2010 and 2011 saw them improving on those showings, and then...
Lindsay was one of two riders selected to represent Canada at the 2012 CD13* International Invitational dressage show in Sydney, Australia.

SHE WAS NAMED THE TOP INTERNATIONAL RIDER OF THE SHOW.
LINDSAY and IKO and GAGA
In 2013 and 2014, Lindsay and Oslo competed successfully at the Grand Prix level in Alberta, and Oslo is now retired.
Since then, Lindsay has been focused on training IKO and GAGA from FEI Young Horse levels to Grand Prix, including training with Jaimey and Tina Irwin since 2019. Team Irwin is currently a regular contender at FEI Nations Cup and the Pan American Games, qualifiers for the Olympics.

GAGA is an 11 year old KWPN, and IKO is a 9 year old Canadian Warmblood. Lindsay is a proud owner of both.

Lindsay also enjoys teaching dressage lessons to people of all ages and training various horses throughout the levels of dressage. She volunteers at the local pony club, helping with their dressage program. In addition to riding, Lindsay works as an environmental engineer and enjoys hiking/backpacking in the summer months and skiing in the winter.
